As a Marketing Representative, you’ll provide exceptional guest service while promoting the Caesars Rewards program, assisting guests with account management, and sharing exciting promotions and property amenities.
ResponsibilitiesCapability to answer a variety of questions regarding Grand Victoria Casino and services.
Efficiently enroll new members into the Caesars Rewards program.
Accurately input player information into the Casino Management System.
Correctly answer all questions related to direct mail programs and mail delivery, seeking out clarification from management, as needed.
Adheres to all Caesars Rewards policies and procedures as outlined in various program related manuals.
Responsible for the execution of all aspects of the Caesars Rewards program.
Assist with the execution of promotions and events.
Execute promotions by registering guests or assigning prizes.
Assist in promoting special events, promotions, entertainment and VIP parties.
Assign prizes to winning guests from a promotion or event.
Perform special projects assigned by Marketing Supervisor.
Ensure all team members have accurate information for the week on promotions and events happening to provide flawless service to our guests.
Perform other duties that may be assigned.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- One-year face-to-face customer service experience is required.
Ability to sit and/or stand entire shift.
- Ability to lift, carry and manipulate supplies weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Requires bending and/or reaching from floor level to approximately 6 feet in height.
- Requires normal vision and hearing range, eye/hand coordination and ability to distinguish letters and symbols, proficient with working regular office equipment (computer, telephone, radio, and copy machine); excellent customer service skills and have a professional demeanor.
- Ability to communicate directly, telephonically, and electronically with co-workers, guests, general public, management both verbally and in writing.
- Understand and comply with all policies and procedures, job description, and all other instructions.
- Work is performed in Caesars Rewards, Promotions or Laurel Lounge, and/or an office environment.
- Requires regular face-to-face interaction with guests and co-workers, as well as interactions over the phone.
- Ability to tolerate varying conditions of temperature, noise levels; illumination and air quality.
- Must always present a professional appearance and demeanor
Salary Range: $17 - $17.50 per hour (Depending on experience)
