JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Marketing Representative
Department: Non-Provider
Reports To: Director of Patient Services
The marketing representative will be responsible for distributing marketing materials to targeted audiences and facilities. Supports the goals and objectives of the Company.
• Develops an annual marketing plan that aligns with the physicians’ business objectives
• Collaborates with physicians and clinic managers to plan promotional marketing outreach campaigns as well as seeking publicity opportunities
• Conducts market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors to assist.
• Researches previous successful marketing strategies to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
• Reviews the progress and success of a campaign, adjusting or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
• Understands new service lines and develops ways to promote them to the community
• Collaborates with digital marketing platform to offer insight and content material
• Utilizes community outreach as a way to increase brand awareness
• Additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Ability to travel with reliable transportation
• Ability to have effective staff and physician interactions
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Medical office experience preferred

Physical Demands: Tasks and expectations may vary by team. Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor clinic office setting with adequate ventilation; Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic) Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with regular working hours; Occasional overtime may be required. Travel will be required.
