National Powersport Auctions is seeking a bright, talented, and outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic to join our growing Dealer Registration/Customer Service Team. This is a great opportunity to develop professional experience by being the front-line connection to our customer network.
This is a highly visible position throughout multiple departments within the organization. It is crucial that this person maintains a positive attitude and business environment with dealers and coworkers.
A keen strategist, the Client Onboarding Admin will be a professional, yet aggressive lead, responsible for growing and maintaining NPA’s current registered dealer base, while organizing and orchestrating daily tasks and opportunities for strategic growth.
· Job Type: Full-time - Monday-Friday 7-4pm
· Pay - $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and upkeep on pending documents and accounts
· Maintain, research, update and communicate state requirements for dealers to comply within their states
· Collect, record, file and verify documents daily
· Communicate to dealers when their documents are missing or expired
· Work with management team to develop best practices and processes to simplify daily tasks and procedures
Requirements:
