The Marketing Qualification Specialist is responsible for qualifying marketing generated leads and progressing customers through the early-stage buying funnel.
This position reports to the Global Marketing Qualification Lead and is part of the Global Digital Marketing & Customer Journey Experience team. This position is in Mumbai, India and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage and maintain a healthy marketing (MQL) to sales (SQL) funnel while achieving weekly activity metrics and maintaining accuracy of customer records in assigned CRM lists.
Cultivate and progress multiple early-stage hardware sales opportunities by providing product specific information to assist in keeping customers engaged with Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.
Understand current marketing initiatives and product mix to properly meet the customer where they are in the buying journey.
Build positive rapport with prospects and customers to generate new and retain existing business.
Consistently builds knowledge and solves problems for the company and customers using DBS processes.
Demonstrate learning agility and willingness to adopt new tools and workflow
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science discipline. Life Sciences a plus.
Ability to use CRM and marketing systems to identify trends, patterns, and next best actions.
Proven understanding of tactical customer qualification skills and progressing customers through the buying cycle.
Strong written communication for email‑first / digital‑first engagement
Ability to work across time zones
