The Crown Is Yours
As a Marketing Risk Operations Associate, you will lead Quality Assurance efforts and support daily operations for our marketing channels across all DraftKings products such as Sportsbook, Casino, Daily Fantasy Sports, and more. You will play a key role in ensuring our marketing campaigns adhere to DraftKings best practices, obligatory state-specific regulations, and ultimately deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll do as a Marketing Risk Operations Associate

  • Ensure all DraftKings marketing campaigns adhere to regulatory compliance across all active regions.
  • Lead comprehensive QA efforts on email, mobile, and app/web merchandising channels to ensure all campaigns are accurate, render properly, and adhere to channel best practices.
  • Monitor and regularly report on QA and Risk Operations metrics.
  • Help build and maintain team process, tooling, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with groups across the marketing org to deliver on-going improvements to marketing QA and compliance processes and workflows.
  • Assist in investigating marketing compliance incidents and implementing follow-up actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Be available to participate in an on-call escalation schedule which may require some weekend and holiday availability based on business needs.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Operations, Business, or experience in a related field.


This role will be working a Monday through Friday Shift from 11am to 7pm.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 25.77 USD - 32.21 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
