Schedule: Flexible Part Time
Compensation: $20/ hour + commission

We’re looking for an Event Marketing Representative within our Marketing and Promotions Department. As a marketing representative, you will interact with homeowners at trade shows, events, festivals, fairs and expos, and retail locations to generate appointments for our in-home sales team.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years’ experience in sales, lead generation at shows and events, or similar experience
- Outgoing personality, extroverted and friendly personality
- self-motivated and a strong work ethic
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
- You will travel to and from the listed events with setup items, so reliable transportation is required.
- Attend monthly department meetings and other company meetings
- Clean criminal background and drug-free required
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Engage Prospects: Initiate conversations with event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about services to generate appointments.
- You will schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners to discuss their kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs
- Learn & execute our scripts
