Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Marketing Projects Specialist
Poznań,Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the team in daily activities such as:
- web content implementation & creating reports
- creating special offers based on branch input
- solving DealerPath, DBS, HighSpot and other Dealer Tools tickets
- maintenance of tasks & data in our project management system Workfront
- administration of daily workload for team members (including interns)
- Participation in meetings with branches as well as in meetings to maintain a good overview of what is happening in the region
- Close collaboration with the Events team regarding bigger events
- Supporting other teams in marketing related topics
- Cooperation with Sales Training Coordination team
Our requirements:
- English B2+
- Experience in a similar position (corporate background or similar role)
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (like Asana, Jira)
- Time management skills, proactive approach to work
- Fluent communication in corporate culture
Nice to have:
- German language skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing field
- Experience working in multicultural environment
