[ROLE SUMMARY]
Marketing Project Manager (Product Manager) 는 비아트리스의 목표와 헬스케어 환경에 대한 이해를 바탕으로, 경쟁우위를 지닌 제품을 시장에서 차별화 할 수 있는 시의적절한 전략을 수립하고 추진합니다. 본 포지션은 비아트리스 코리아 TA Marketing Lead 에게 보고하며, 다른 TA 를 담당하는 Product/Project Manager 및 Sales, Medical, Legal, Compliance 등의 부서와 긴밀하게 협업합니다.
The Project Manager (Product Manager) is a contract-based position responsible for shaping and sustaining product’s market position by defining strategic direction and ensuring strong execution across the product lifecycle. The primary objective of this role is to ensure operational excellence by driving promotional initiatives, managing compliance workflows, coordinating scientific events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business growth.
This position reports directly to Viatris Korea Marketing Manager/TA Lead and closely works with other product/project manager(s) leading business as well as other related functions (e.g. sales, medical, legal, public affairs & policy, etc). This position is supervised by Viatris Korea Marketing Manager/TA Lead for his/her further development.
[ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES]
Marketing Strategy Execution Support: Implement and support the annual brand plan, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving product growth strategies.
Promotional Material Management: Develop, localized, and distribute promotional and detailing materials (print and digital), ensuring the sales force is equipped with up-to-date and effective marketing tools.
Compliance & Approval Workflow: Manage the end-to-end review and approval process for all marketing activities and materials via internal systems (e.g., Veeva Vault), ensuring strict adherence to KRPIA codes and internal compliance policies.
Event & Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute scientific symposia, webinars, Advisory Board meetings, and regional/national medical congress exhibitions.
Market & Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze pharmaceutical market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance using industry data sources (e.g., IQVIA, UBIST)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between marketing and the field sales force, collecting field feedback and delivering product training/marketing updates.
Budget & Vendor Management: Track and monitor the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, handle invoicing and expense processing, and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Sales Excellence Support: Develop high-quality promotional materials and lead training sessions for the sales force to ensure consistent and impactful delivery of core brand messages.
[QUALIFICATIONS]
Education: Biology/pharmacy related degree or experience from similar positions preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Skills:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) to ensure effective communication with global teams
