About the Team

The Operations team at Nothing is the engine that allows us to move fast and scale quickly, ensuring that our products—from concept to launch—are designed for success. We’re building something better by creating clear processes that enable our talented cross-functional teams to deliver excellence. You will be embedded within the Central Operations team, reporting to the Head of Program Management, managing projects involving 30+ individuals across 4 distinct teams. Your core focus is on managing the launch schedule for major consumer hardware products, ensuring we hit market availability with sharp precision.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining clear project scope, pragmatic goals, and direct deliverables.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget, driving project outcomes with excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure total alignment and effective project outcomes.
• Coordinate all internal and external resources efficiently to achieve project outcomes, removing blockers for the creative teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular, open, and clear updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
• Facilitate communication between teams, resolving conflicts directly and ensuring everyone is on the same page to maintain project flow.
• Conduct post-launch evaluations to analyse project growth, identify areas for improvement, and feed learning back into our processes to build better next time.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in project management, specifically leading consumer tech product launches with hardware exposure.
• A comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies (we value pragmatism over dogma) and proficiency in project management tools.
• Effective leadership and excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a clear and direct translator between technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, high-impact projects concurrently in our fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities, possessing the drive and ownership to anticipate risks and manage ambiguity.
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving combined with the confidence to challenge processes, embodying our spirit as a challenger brand.
• An ability to thrive in a fast setting, adapting to changing priorities and demonstrating your dedication to excellence in every delivery.

• Working Pattern: This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days a week). We move fast, and that means being physically present. We design flexibility around personal needs, but we focus on the magic that sparks when we’re all in the same room.
• Commute: We ask that you live within a 60-minute commute of your home office location.
