We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven MX Marketing Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment, seamlessly navigates shifting priorities, and acts as the driving force behind our most ambitious campaigns.

We offer 2400 - 2800 gross EUR salary and variable quarterly bonus to the maximum of 70% of the quarterly basic monthly gross salary (up 5040-5880 Eur gross per quarter) based on sales results and individual KPI execution. Role and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Lead: You will serve as the primary architect for the smartphone category in the Baltics, translating global headquarters' directives into a tailored regional strategy that drives brand evolution.
Narrative Strategist: You will develop the core product narratives and communication pillars that resonate with local consumers, leveraging market data and competitor analysis to secure a competitive edge.
Integrated Campaign Manager: You will oversee the full lifecycle of high-profile product launches, coordinating media plans and creative briefs across all channels to ensure high-impact, consistent execution.
Analytical Performance Lead: You will apply a data-driven approach to every initiative, utilizing deep market analysis and attention to detail to optimize campaign performance and ensure all communication meets exact brand standards.
Business Growth Lead: You will manage the marketing budget and analyze performance metrics to deliver strategic recommendations that directly influence market share and long-term regional leadership.
Skills and Qualifications
Key Competencies/Characteristics:
- 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-channel campaigns from initial concept through to final execution.
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail, enabling you to interpret complex data sets and transform them into clear, structured, and actionable business reports.
- Demonstration of deep understanding of the media landscape— including digital channels, social media, and traditional media —with the ability to adapt global headquarters' guidelines into high-performing local strategies.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change while maintaining a high pace of work.
- Excellent presentation skills, including full fluency in English and Latvian to ensure seamless daily cooperation within an international team.
