Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery of key milestones.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between Marketing, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Deliverable Tracking: Manage timelines, dependencies, and deadlines leading up to each launch, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and execution strategies for seamless GTM launches.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketingor project management—preferably in a GTM or Project Managementcapacity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams with clarity and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with marketing and campaign launch processes is required.
- Asana experience preferred.
