Job Description

   

This role will focus on acquiring, activating, and nurturing developers and platform engineers through self-service product experiences, ensuring the product itself becomes the primary driver of growth.

The Marketing Programs Manager will design programs that encourage trial, adoption, and expansion of SRA through digital and developer-first marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

PLG Demand Generation

  • Design campaigns that drive product trials and self-service adoption

  • Promote SRA through developer-focused channels including content, webinars, and community events

  • Build growth funnels that convert product users into enterprise customers

User Acquisition Programs

  • Develop programs targeting platform engineers and DevOps teams using EKS

  • Drive traffic to product trial experiences and technical onboarding resources

  • Partner with AWS on joint awareness and acquisition campaigns

Product Adoption Programs

  • Create lifecycle marketing programs that support user onboarding and activation

  • Develop nurture programs based on product usage milestones

  • Support expansion campaigns targeting existing product users

Performance Measurement

Track metrics such as:

  • product signups
  • activation rates
  • trial-to-paid conversion
  • product engagement
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience

  • Experience supporting product-led growth or self-service SaaS models

  • Strong program management and digital campaign execution skills

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms

Preferred
  • Experience marketing developer platforms or cloud infrastructure products

  • Experience with AWS ecosystem marketing

  • Familiarity with developer communities and platform engineering audiences
