About the Role
NinjaOne is looking for a detail-oriented, content-savvy Marketing Programs Coordinator to support the execution of content-driven demand generation programs across EMEA. This role reports into the Marketing Programs Manager for EMEA. You'll work closely with the EMEA Marketing team to keep content campaigns running on time, on brief, and on brand, coordinating across localization, content production, and distribution to make sure the right message reaches the right audience in every market.
This is an execution-focused role. You'll be the operational backbone of EMEA content programs, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, coordinating with localization specialists, and keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned. You won't be setting content strategy, but you'll understand it well enough to flag problems, propose improvements, and help the team move faster.
What You'll Be Doing
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of EMEA content programs, managing timelines, tracking
deliverables, and keeping stakeholders aligned across localization, design, and campaign teams
• Orchestrate the right content to the right audience using the right channel, ensuring every asset reaches its intended market
• Brief localization specialists and review localized content for consistency with campaign intent and
market context across EMEA regions
• Support content distribution and syndication across channels including email, landing pages, nurture, and third-party providers, coordinating with global marketing teams to ensure assets are live and correctly deployed
• Track content performance data and prepare regular reporting summaries to support optimization
decisions by the Programs team
About You
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordination, content operations, or campaign execution role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Curious about AI tools and their application in marketing workflows, comfortable experimenting with AI to improve content coordination or distribution efficiency
• Experience with a content management or activation platform such as PathFactory is a plus
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in French, German, or Dutch is preferred
• Comfortable working with project management tools such as Asana or similar to track progress and flag blockers
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required
