Employs advanced marketing principles to develop paid digital marketing programs and execute tactics for paid online channels. Works on projects of moderate to complex scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Receives general instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignments. Responsible for developing strong relationships with agencies or third-parties to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of lead generation through Paid Search, Social, and Display channels, coupled with an analytical and inquisitive mindset. Experience in agency management of campaigns, hands-on platform experience, and a background in conducting landing page CRO testing are highly desirable.
Core Job Responsibilities

Serve as the digital marketing main point of contact to define and execute paid digital marketing strategies and initiatives for one or more lines of business.

Develop, manage, and optimize measurable, digital/inbound marketing campaigns that align with the organization’s key objectives, highlight value proposition, and clearly demonstrate ROI.

Work with the Product Team to ensure alignment with budget, branding, messaging and marketing program objectives as they pertain to paid digital campaigns.

Work closely with the Digital team to collaborate on maximizing all digital campaign’s conversion KPI’s utilizing CRO testing.

Work with the agency and in-house Digital Analyst to uncover new audiences, gaps and opportunities to increase lead generation.

Perform day-to-day management of paid online marketing campaigns; use benchmarks and analytics to maximize performance and drive campaign optimization.

Oversee the deployment of campaigns with 3rd party agencies and vendors including budgeting, forecasting and adherence to goals.

Deep dive into campaign performance, and report on weekly progress with leadership.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital and online marketing and measurement; identify trends and insights and make recommendations.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Advanced and demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing principles, concepts,techniques and applications especially in Google Ads, Meta Ads and affiliate marketing.

Ability to achieve business goals by applying strong judgment, creativity and technical know-how to program management

Ability to create programs that are aligned to key NCNU strategy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clear and concise presentation skills to peers and management level.

Hands on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred.

Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external business partners to resolve issues, gain needed information and influence outcomes (preferred)

Ability to analyze, interpret and/or compare multiple campaign results and trends to identify key learnings (preferred)
Education & Experience
-
Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in related area or an equivalent combination of education

and experience, Advanced Degree preferred
-
3-5 years experience with digital paid campaigns
Location - Hybrid - Currently 2 days per week in the Walnut Creek office.

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $74,783.00 - Mid: $93,477.00- Max: $112,173.00
