Role
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and self-driven marketing program manager to scope and launch go-to-market (GTM) marketing programs in the enterprise automation space. This role requires a strong foundation in enterprise marketing, with expert-level project and campaign management skills. As a versatile marketer with high creative standards, you will create the content, campaigns, and programs that engage our customers.
As Intrinsic enters the market, this role is crucial in reaching our target audiences through scalable marketing and sales-enablement programs. From videography and customer case study creation to webinars, event, and trade show management, this role focuses on efficiently engaging our highest-potential customers in ways that leave a lasting impression.
How your work moves the mission forward
- Lead the development and management of global marketing programs across commercial go-to-market (GTM) channels, driving contributions toward our mission
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment with company goals
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with agencies and vendors to enhance scale and capacity, furthering our impact and reach
Skills you will need to be successful
- Experienced program manager, skilled at taking projects from concept to execution across various marketing disciplines and channels
- Led project management roles for trade shows, events, or exhibitions, including prominent industry events
- 3+ years of managerial experience, with a strong interest in growing and leading a team
- Successfully led marketing campaigns by managing large creative agency engagements end to end
- Comfortable with technical concepts, with the ability to go deep when needed (technical education a plus)
- Hands-on experience with a broad set of contemporary acquisition, lead management, and CRM tools
Skills that will differentiate your candidacy
- Extensive trade show experience
- Startup experience within a tech company
- Worked in a smaller, emerging team within a larger organization
- Robotics experience, ideally industrial; consumer robotics experience is also beneficial
- Direct experience in a sales role and working closely with a sales pipeline
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $212,000 - $225,250 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
