Job Description Summary
Qualys is looking for an exceptional GTM leader to join the Marketing leadership team as Marketing Program Director. In this role, you will program manage strategic integrated launches, campaigns and partnerships that drive growth for new customer acquisition, customer retention and expansion of Qualys global customer base. Reporting to the CMO, you will partner closely across the Marketing core functions, Geo Marketing Leaders, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership and Product leaders to ensure program goals are identified, clear ideal customer profile targets are set, key deliverables with owners and dates are tracked from planning, operational readiness and last mile execution. This role requires a growth mind set, data driven leader with expertise in Go-To-Market, cross-functional collaboration and operational execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Working closely with the CMO, own and drive the end-to-end marketing launch, key programs and partnership projects from planning process (setting goals, identifying ICP, key deliverables, owners), weekly project tracking, ensuring deliverables are assigned and met, communicate weekly status and monitor project performance; make recommendations for optimization
- Program Manage – deliverables are identified, clear owners with dates; programs are integrated across global functional teams
- Communications (internal, external): communicate program status – ensure leadership and sales/partner readiness; external communications will entail prospects, existing customers, partners (newsletters, webinars, email outreach, social posts)
- Last mile execution: deliverables are provided to global sales channels and partners for awareness and clear understanding of next steps for program rollout
- Ensure leads are routed and provide post launch tracking, monitoring, reporting
- Streamline lead flow management for demand programs (pre, during, post follow up); Ensure lead routing, follow up and program analysis conducted based on SLAs
- Conduct pro-active pipeline analysis, program ROI, reporting and optimization recommendations
- Evaluate ROI across channels, programs, and initiatives—making clear recommendations on optimization and reallocation.
- Work cross-functionally collaborating and planning with Marketing, Product Marketing, BDRs, Sales, Revenue Operations and Product leaders (Goal setting, Lead & Pipeline Performance)
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of leading successful global marketing programs from strategic planning, project managing, operational execution excellence for B2B
- Must have GTM experience in a partner driven motion
- Demonstrated ability to operate and lead a global cross functional team – collaboration, alignment, make recommendations, program performance and optimization
- Participate in budget management and annual planning
- Reporting: experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Domo, Looker) to provide easy to use dashboards and pipeline data
- Communications: Ability to communicate at an executive level and across peers; lead cross-functional projects
- Content creation – create compelling messaging, value statements and emails to CXO, Director and practitioner leveraging solution messaging frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator with executive presence
- Systems knowledge: deep expertise and experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo marketing automation, campaign setup, lead scoring, nurture programs, Account based marketing intent tools 6sense, multi-touch attribution;

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $185,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
