HealthPartners is hiring a Marketing Process Analyst and Technology Lead. As part of the Communications and Marketing team, this role evaluates existing workflows and processes to identify scalable, sustainable solutions. The Analyst partners with internal stakeholders to design and implement improvements through process optimization and technology enhancements, driving operational efficiency while establishing best practices and governance.

This role supports marketing operations with invoice processes and month‑end reconciliation, while leading change efforts through clear communication, documentation, and training, and serving as the team’s subject matter expert for the marketing automation platform.

This position reports to the Manager of Communications and Marketing Technology and is part of a two-person team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in disciplines such as operational excellence or process improvement.
  • Two (2) years of experience leading and implementing process improvement initiatives across a division or large department.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data and workflows from multiple sources to inform strategic marketing decisions and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the structure, priorities, and dynamics of marketing and creative teams within large enterprise organizations.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and apply sound problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with value stream mapping and Lean management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three (3+) or more years of experience in advertising, marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with SproutCloud.
  • Experience working with marketing technologies, including Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint, and Workfront.
  • Experience within the healthcare industry, such as insurance, hospitals, or clinical settings.
  • Experience supporting invoice processing for vendors and contractors.
  • Experience utilizing workflow management software, preferably Workfront.
  • Experience working across multiple cross functional teams within an organization

Hours/Location:

  • M-F; core business hours
  • This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expected onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday at the Bloomington corporate office. Additional on-site days may be required for meetings or team-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • (20%) – Manages process documentation and training programs.
  • (15%) – Proactively seeks out process improvement opportunities that will support business goals and enhance performance and efficiency of CMT. 
  • (10%) – Invoice processing and support
  • (10%) – Develops, promotes, and applies industry standards and best practices to build efficiencies.
  • (10%) – Maintain existing SharePoint pages and collaborate with other page owners on content creation and management.
  • (10%) – Ensures process documentation is up to date with the right information and is clearly communicated.
  • (5%) – Evaluates requests for enhancements of complex processes.
  • (5%) – Develops change management policies and procedures for process changes.
  • (5%) – Surveys teams for feedback, develop roadmap of future improvements.
  • (5%) – Partner with IT, Sales, Marketing, and others connect CMT processes with other teams.
  • (5%) – Leads value-stream mapping within CMT.
