Job Description

In this exciting role, you will…

Departmental Responsibilities

• Create and implements production standards and processes

• Partner with internal Procurement and Diverse Supplier teams for vendor selection

• Maintain a stable of approved partners in all disciplines across regions

Client Responsibilities

• Manage production activity for clients from start to finish, including scheduling and budget alignment

• Manage purchase order requests, invoice receipts and expenses

• Collaborate with creative and account service team members to meet program requirements and deadlines

• Secure pricing and formulates recommendations for cost savings opportunities

• Act as liaison with CLEAResult approved vendors

• Troubleshoot and problem solves

• Provide QA support to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly

• Conduct post program reviews as needed

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 5+ years Printing experience

• 2+ year of People Management experience desired

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Direct Mail and Lettershop experience

• Relationship building with print and creatives

• Relationship building with print / lettershop / photographers/ videographers partners

• Labor forecasting experience

Target Compensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
