Wells Fargo is seeking a leader in our Marketing Platforms team who will drive the ongoing transformation of our digital on-us marketing capabilities. This includes how our marketing works in our digital channels, content management, experimentation, and integration with the rest of our martech stack.
This role will have broad impact across all lines of business and will serve as the key partner with our digital teams for roadmaps, implementation, and delivery of digital marketing optimization capabilities.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop two or more specialized teams of managers and digital professional individual contributors with focus on supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a large business line or functional area for cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
- Identify opportunities and strategies for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have enterprise-wide impact
- Lead the team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables like content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management
- Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Deep expertise with content management systems
- Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, and SDL Tridion experience
- Hands-on experience leading enterprise digital marketing platforms, including CMS implementation and optimization (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce CMS, Sitecore, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated expertise in on-us digital marketing execution across authenticated web and mobile channels, including personalization and campaign delivery
- Advanced proficiency experimentation and optimization frameworks, including A/B and multivariate testing using tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar platforms
- Strong technical understanding of digital content architecture, including component-based content models, tagging strategies, and reusable content frameworks
- Ability to define and execute digital roadmaps aligned to business objectives, with experience prioritizing feature backlogs and managing delivery timelines
- Experience supporting or partnering with product management teams, using agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience operating within regulated or risk-managed environments, including governance, compliance reviews, and operational controls for digital marketing
