Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Marketing Performance Analyst to be a part of making this happen.
About the Role

Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, automated, and aligned with business goals for easy consumption by stakeholders across marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
Manage and update the core artifacts that the marketing leadership team use to run the business and report on performance to the rest of the go-to-customer organization
Analyze Marketing Funnel Performance
Track and interpret key funnel metrics including lead volume, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, opportunity velocity, and closed-won revenue.
Identify conversion bottlenecks and provide data-backed recommendations to improve funnel health and efficiency.
Campaign and Channel Effectiveness Analysis
Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across digital, events, email, partner, and ABM channels.
Analyze marketing spend effectiveness across channels, campaigns, and segments
Work closely with field and global demand teams to align reporting and actionable insights with business goals
Marketing Attribution & ROI Measurement
Support the implementation and refinement of attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch, W-shaped, algorithmic) to measure the influence of marketing on pipeline and revenue.
Deliver insights that influence channel mix, investment strategies, and content planning.
Forecasting and Planning Support
Use historical data and predictive analytics to build models that forecast MQLs, pipeline generation, and marketing-sourced revenue.
Partner with finance and RevOps to support quarterly and annual planning processes with accurate, data-driven projections.
Who You Are
Strong analytical skills and expertise with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Naturally inquisitive style, always searching for the why behind the numbers
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, cross-functional environment.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics, marketing operations, or business intelligence role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
On-Camera Policy
To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.
Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers.
We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
