Job Overview

The Marketing Partnerships & Brand Experience Coordinator supports the Senior Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Brand Experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of UNRL's partnership marketing campaigns, retail activations, and consumer-facing brand experiences. This role plays a critical support function across project management, campaign coordination, event logistics, and cross-functional execution to ensure all activations and events are delivered on time and on brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited about bringing partnerships and brand experiences to life across digital, retail, and in-person environments.


Brand Partnership Activation Coordination -

  • Support the execution of partnership marketing campaigns and co-branded activations across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Assist in coordinating timelines, deliverables, approvals, and asset requests to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Help manage day-to-day campaign needs, deadlines, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with UNRL creative, e-commerce, and marketing teams to gather and organize campaign assets.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, including briefs, timelines, creative feedback, deliverables, and post-campaign recaps.
  • Ensure all partnership materials align with UNRL brand standards and partner brand guidelines.

Retail Partnership Support -

  • Assist in coordinating retail partnership launches, in-store activations, and promotional moments.
  • Support the execution of retail marketing materials, signage, displays, and promotional assets.
  • Track retail activation timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance metrics.

Event & Brand Experience Support -

  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, pop-ups, consumer events, retail activations, and branded experiences.
  • Coordinate event logistics including vendor communication, shipping, inventory management, staffing coordination, travel arrangements, and setup timelines.
  • Assist with on-site event execution to ensure smooth operations and positive brand representation.
  • Support post-event reporting including recaps, engagement metrics, and operational learnings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration -
  • Collaborate closely with creative, e-commerce, marketing, product, golf, and operations teams to support campaign readiness and execution.
  • Manage project timelines and task tracking through project management platforms.
  • Support internal coordination meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Assist with tracking campaign performance metrics including engagement, traffic, ROI, and activation effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, event coordination, brand activations, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, retail activations, or partnerships preferred.
  • Background in apparel, retail, consumer goods, sports, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

  • Experience with Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Additional Attributes -

  • Willingness to travel for events (10% overnights), activations, and trade shows as needed.
  • Availability to support occasional evening or weekend events.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong interest in brand-building and experiential marketing.
