You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, specifically in campaign management and optimization.
- Proven experience in operating and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, ideally with B2B clients.
- Proficiency in using GA4 Analytics, Ahrefs, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
- Updated digital marketing certifications, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Inbound Marketing certifications.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms mentioned above.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and data analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies in digital marketing.
- Analytical Thinking, Innovative Mindset, Proactive Attitude, Team Player.
- Effective Communication, Problem-Solving Abilities, Innovative Mindset, Proactive Attitude.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting identified companies and industries.
- Utilize data-driven insights to create campaigns tailored to specific industries, personas, and outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with sales and outreach teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing for engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Oversee website design updates and feature enhancements, including integrations like chatbots.
- Monitor and optimize key website metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rate using GA4 Analytics and other tools.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve user experience and interface.
- Collaborate with developers to implement new website features and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Ideate and experiment with emerging digital formats such as podcasts, webinars, and interactive media.
- Test and refine strategies for engaging content that drives brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
