Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Operations Analyst[1] [2] to support our global marketing team. As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes, managing data quality, and supporting reporting and automation initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce basics, HubSpot, and a solid analytical mindset. You will collaborate closely with teams across time zones, primarily supporting stakeholders in the US & EMEA.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Salesforce Management:
- Assist in basic Salesforce administrative tasks, such as data updates, field configuration, and maintaining data integrity.
- Support the Marketing team in creating and refining Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key metrics and campaign performance.
- HubSpot Management:
- Manage the HubSpot platform for marketing automation, including list & lead management.
- Ensure synchronization between Salesforce and HubSpot to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Develop and deliver regular reports to track key marketing success metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Marketing Operations Support:
- Support marketing team’s process around areas like lead scoring, lead routing, and campaign tracking..
- Maintain documentation of processes and workflows and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Participate in meetings during US business hours for cross-functional alignment and strategy discussions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks and reporting. Salesforce Admin Certification.
- Experience using HubSpot for campaign management and marketing automation.
- Experience working with Outreach or similar engagement tools.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Familiarity with Marketing Tech stack.
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or a similar role.
- Soft Skills:
- Adaptable: Able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Problem Solver: Able to identify issues, find root causes, and implement solutions proactively.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in managing data and processes.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Team Player: Willing to collaborate across teams and contribute to shared success.
- Requirements:
- Based in India and willing to work flexible hours to overlap with US time zones.
- Strong internet connection and remote work setup.
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global team environment.
- Additional Hubspot, Salesforce, or Outreach certifications.
