Job DescriptionJob Purpose:
This role provides critical operation support by collecting and analyzing market data, managing enhanced reporting processes, and ensuring smooth office operations. The position aims to enhance data-driven decision-making, optimize reporting templates, and contribute to efficient business operations and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Market Data Collection & Analysis
Collect and organize marketing data, including but not limited to cloud market and enterprise SSD market trends.
Assist in analyzing reports using collected data and provide actionable insights.
Continuously drive improvements for report optimization and accuracy.
Data Management & Reporting Support
Support departmental data management.
Help create and optimize effective business reporting templates for internal use.
Support Demand forecast activities
Assist team to collect and mange GD and RP data.
Provide input to improve reporting structures and ensure timely updates.
Operational & Office Management Support
Coordinate office management activities, including but not limited office supply management, but also assist in planning site activities and team building events
Office holiday decoration arrangement
Support ad-hoc needs
Be able to positive to support dept ad-hoc needs which may not listed at above
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in marketing support, data analysis, or operations coordination preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data collection and interpretation.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI is a plus).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Good at photography and event planning is a plus
Language Requirements
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable for effective communication within the local team.
