OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Business Acceleration Marketing Manager to join our Field & Integrated Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that improve marketing effectiveness, accelerate business growth, and enhance visibility into marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue across the organization.

You will identify new opportunities to optimize marketing performance, improve operational scalability, and align global marketing efforts with business priorities. This role will play a critical part in advancing data-driven decision-making, improving customer and pipeline intelligence, and enabling more efficient and measurable marketing execution globally.

As a key member of the Field & Integrated Marketing organization, you will work closely with regional teams, revenue pods, demand generation, digital customer experience, marketing operations, sales, and other teams to drive alignment, improve processes, and deploy innovative solutions that increase organizational efficiency and business impact.

You will also help shape the future of marketing operations by supporting AI-enabled initiatives, automation opportunities, and modern marketing measurement frameworks that improve productivity, scalability, and performance visibility across the organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Function Optimization, with a focus on Insights to Opportunity

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across global marketing processes, programs, and operational frameworks to enhance marketing effectiveness and business impact. 
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to optimize marketing strategies, improve efficiency, and accelerate pipeline contribution. 
  • Develop scalable frameworks, best practices, and operational models that improve alignment and execution consistency across regions. 
  • Showcase the tangible impact of marketing efforts across functions through improved reporting, measurement, and business visibility. 
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend optimization initiatives that improve business outcomes. 

Revenue Acceleration & Attribution

  • Global custodian of the Smarter SMarketing lead management program aligning Marketing demand teams, BDR’s and Sales to ensure maximum pipeline contribution from lead generation investments.
  • Lead initiatives focused on improving marketing attribution models and pipeline contribution visibility across the organization. 
  • Support the evolution of marketing measurement methodologies by advancing automated, engagement-based attribution approaches and reducing dependency on manual sales inputs. 
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to improve visibility into marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue performance. 
  • Contribute to strategic revenue acceleration initiatives and support alignment between marketing programs and commercial priorities. 

Customer Intelligence & Data Strategy

  • Collaborate with Digital Customer Experience, Customer Insights and cross-functional teams to support the development of Customer Intelligence Aggregator feeding the hidden demand and predictive insights into the Sales and Marketing Command Centers.
  • Provide the use cases based on validation from Sales and Marketing Command Centers to be built by the Customer Intelligence Aggregator, and take ownership of the field testing, deployment and continuous optimization of the developed use cases. 
  • Help improve the organization’s ability to leverage customer, engagement, and performance insights to drive more effective marketing strategies and decision-making. 
  • Support initiatives that enhance segmentation, customer understanding, and performance analytics across global marketing activities. As SME for the activation layer of the Aggregator intelligence, provide deep inputs into the teams responsible for the Intelligence layer and data layer.  

AI Enablement & Process Innovation

  • Act as a champion for AI-driven marketing efficiencies and automation opportunities in support of the Marketing Command Center and Sales Command Center.
  • Identify, test, and help deploy AI-enabled tools, workflows, and agents that improve productivity, scalability, and operational effectiveness across the Insights to Opportunity process. 
  • Serve as a power user and internal advisor for emerging marketing technologies and AI platforms supporting organizational innovation initiatives. Build the prototypes using agentic AI platforms (eg Marketing’s Writer platform or VeGA 3.0), validate the business needs and then sponsor the global build and industrialization of the new capabilities through the Revenue Pods. 
  • Promote adoption of automation and process improvements that simplify workflows and enhance team effectiveness globally. 

Demand Generation Support

  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to support campaign creation, execution, and optimization, ensuring alignment with broader business acceleration objectives. 
  • Support global and regional teams with process alignment, operational guidance, and performance optimization initiatives tied to demand generation activities. 

CRM & Marketing Operations Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic CRM leader within the marketing organization, driving adoption, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of CRM-related processes and tools. Act as global Marketing champion for CRM enhancements, owning the enhancement process in support of global CRM IT team.
  • Ensure accurate data capture, reporting, and measurement frameworks to support campaign performance analysis and business decision-making. 
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations teams to improve process integration, reporting accuracy, and operational scalability. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Global Enablement (especially for Insights to Opportunity)

  • Work cross-functionally with regional marketing teams and global stakeholders to drive alignment, consistency, and operational excellence across marketing initiatives. 
  • Support enablement efforts by developing and sharing best practices, frameworks, and process improvements across regions and teams. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner to multiple marketing functions on initiatives related to marketing effectiveness, operational optimization, and business acceleration.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, business acceleration, marketing effectiveness, or related strategic marketing functions within a global organization. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, pipeline measurement, CRM systems, and marketing performance analytics. 
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, sales, operations, and digital teams. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable operational solutions. 
  • Experience working with automation technologies, AI-enabled solutions, or marketing innovation initiatives is strongly preferred. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and regions in a highly matrixed global environment. 
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and operational discipline.
