Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Nebula Marketing Team. We need a responsible and proactive team player with an analytical mindset.

In this role, you will optimize marketing processes and automation technologies to drive efficiency. You will measure and analyze marketing performance and implement new processes to enhance team productivity. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, scaling new growth levers, leveraging data insights, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.

Your manager will be Dmytro Varhan, Marketing Operations Manager. With a background in Big 4, he has successfully implemented numerous process optimizations and automation initiatives. Dmytro is driven by OBRIO’s fast-paced environment, where initiatives are quickly executed, and results are immediately visible.

The team is led by CMO Max Lukominskyi. Within six months, his team launched two new products, achieved profitability, and transitioned to a cross-functional structure. 

Your tasks:

• Process evaluation, implementation & improvement;
• Organization and assistance of day-to-day operational processes;
• Improving team efficiency by assisting in project delivery;
• Driving big strategy initiatives in close collaboration with the CMO.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in Big 4, FMCG, Investment Banking, or Investment Funds;
• Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+;
• Proactive and energized team player with an analytical mindset;
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
• Attention to detail.

Would be a plus:

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, P&L, and business strategy;
• Experience with AI and automation;
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python;
• Familiarity with REST or GraphQL APIs;
• Solid grasp of unit economics and experience in IT product development.
