Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Services Web Operations team and help drive our marketing and strategic initiatives on autodesk.com.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across various regions within a large organization. You should have a background in marketing and web operations, be a proactive and enthusiastic learner, and be able to deliver effective solutions for our stakeholders. This is a hybrid position, and you will report to the Marketing Operations Manager based in the United States.
Responsibilities

Project Management: Effectively triage, groom, and prioritize projects via the Intake system, removing roadblocks as needed

Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and production teams across geos

Risk Assessment: Proactively assess risks, raise flags, and resolve issues before they escalate for larger teams

Impact Measurement: Measure the qualitative and quantitative impact of projects and initiatives to enhance partner and customer experiences, supported by analytics

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketers and publishing groups to maintain quality web standards

Subject Matter Expertise: Act as an expert in the Autodesk Design System, promoting the knowledge and adoption of web templates and panels
Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in marketing with a solid understanding of web technologies

Team Player: A collaborative individual who serves as a web ambassador and can influence peers

Customer Focus: Service-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail

Positive Attitude: Valued traits include curiosity, knowledge sharing, and strong communication skills

Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects independently and efficiently with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Process Improvement: Experience in optimizing marketing processes and workflows to boost efficiency
Preferred Qualifications

Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing data trends to improve personalization strategies for marketing efforts

Analytics Tools: Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics) to monitor user behavior and engagement on web pages

Reporting Skills: Ability to create reports and dashboards via PowerBI that effectively visualize key metrics and insights for operations and stakeholders

Innovative thinking: Seek new ways to solve problems and effectively collaborate with team to brainstorm ideas and solutions
