WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Marketing Operations & Process Management

  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations activities to support execution of integrated marketing plans and business initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing process documentation, coding guides, and operational resources.
  • Support marketing budget administration, purchasing processes, expense tracking, and cost center management.
  • Assist with workflow management and project coordination across multiple partners.
  • Identify ways to improve marketing processes, efficiency, and execution.

Contractor Engagement & Program Management

  • Manage contractor loyalty, rewards, and engagement programs, including ongoing administration, reporting, and optimization.
  • Monitor program participation, member activity, website engagement, and redemption metrics.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance summaries to measure program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate promotional initiatives and communication activities that support program growth and customer engagement.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Support

  • Serve as a key contact for sales teams seeking marketing resources, event support, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of sales support materials, catalogs, literature, giveaways, and branded merchandise.
  • Support field marketing activities and customer-facing events by ensuring required materials are available and delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline support requests and improve user experience.

Merchandise, Promotional Products & Inventory Management

  • Manage inventory of branded merchandise, promotional items, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate ordering, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory replenishment activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and transparency across business partners.
  • Partner with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, place orders, and manage deliveries.
  • Ensure promotional items align with established branding and marketing standards.

Marketing Asset & Content Coordination

  • Coordinate product photography, asset collection, and image management activities.
  • Lead photo shoot logistics, including shot list collection, scheduling, product readiness, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support creation and maintenance of marketing assets used across digital and print channels.
  • Coordinate catalog, literature, and printed material production activities.

Project Coordination

  • Support cross-functional teams during product launches, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track program metrics, engagement data, fulfillment activity, and participation trends.
  • Analyze results and find opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer engagement.
  • Support measurement and reporting needs for marketing initiatives.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or related preferred.
  • Ideally, 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, project coordination, sales enablement, event support, communications, or a related business function.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects, priorities, and partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, agencies, or external service providers.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience supporting budgets, purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking, or operational processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to analyze information, compile reports, and communicate insights in a clear and actionable manner.
