Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the systems, data, reporting, automation, and processes used by the Marketing and Sales teams. This role helps administer Salesforce, HubSpot, and related platforms; maintains data quality; develops reporting; supports campaign operations; and improves workflows across the revenue process.

The position works with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues, document processes, support users, and implement practical technology and automation solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Support the administration and optimization of Salesforce, HubSpot, and related marketing and sales platforms.
  • Maintain system fields, workflows, permissions, lists, forms, campaigns, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support integrations and data synchronization between approved business platforms.
  • Build and maintain marketing, campaign, pipeline, attribution, and activity reporting.
  • Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and duplicate management.
  • Translate business needs into system configurations, workflows, reports, and documented requirements.
  • Troubleshoot system, reporting, integration, automation, and data-quality issues.
  • Support campaign setup, lead routing, segmentation, tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Develop practical automations using approved tools, artificial intelligence, APIs, or Python when appropriate.
  • Test and document system changes before deployment.
  • Create process documentation, training materials, and user instructions.
  • Provide day-to-day system support and training to Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with technology evaluations, vendor coordination, license management, and platform adoption.
  • Follow company requirements related to security, privacy, confidentiality, data access, and responsible artificial intelligence use.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, CRM administration, marketing technology, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience using or administering Salesforce and HubSpot or comparable platforms.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, campaigns, or system automations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Python, APIs, webhooks, SQL, integration platforms, or workflow automation.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools, large language models, or AI-enabled business workflows.
  • Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, Loopio, or comparable go-to-market platforms.
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics, or project management certifications.
  • Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, business-to-business marketing, or another complex professional-services environment.
Work Requirements

This position requires regular use of computers, cloud applications, data platforms, and virtual communication tools. Occasional work outside normal business hours or travel may be required to support system releases, deadlines, meetings, or company initiatives.
