Why Is This Role So Special?  

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a vital role on our Marketing team. In this role, you will get to support and optimize our demand generation engine. This role will be responsible for executing campaigns, managing marketing systems, improving reporting and attribution, and helping drive pipeline growth through operational excellence. 

This person will serve as a critical partner to Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations by owning key aspects of our marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and Salesforce, while providing actionable insights that improve performance across the funnel. 

The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands-on. They enjoy building campaigns, solving technical problems, creating reports, and helping teams make better decisions through data. 

Qualifications

What You’ll Do: 

  • Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute and support multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, nurture programs, content syndication, and account-based marketing initiatives. 

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations within HubSpot and Salesforce. 

  • Maintain and improve HubSpot-to-Salesforce integrations, workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking. 

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, funnel conversion rates, and marketing ROI. 

  • Support marketing attribution efforts to improve understanding of channel performance and revenue impact. 

  • Partner with demand generation leadership to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance. 

  • Manage audience segmentation, database hygiene, and marketing automation processes. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization. 

  • Troubleshoot marketing and sales system issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them. 

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that help improve campaign performance and revenue outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Minimum Requirements 

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, or a related B2B SaaS marketing role. 

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce. 

  • Experience executing email marketing campaigns and marketing automation programs. 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and performance analyses. 

  • Familiarity with marketing attribution, funnel reporting, and campaign measurement. 

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attribution accuracy and reporting quality 

  • HubSpot and Salesforce effectiveness

Schedule: 

  • Full time, 40 hours/week  

  • Monday to Friday
