This role supports the Account Marketing Manager in the development, procurement, and maintenance of all in-store Marketing assets and services across our Wholesale and DTC retail channels. Key to this is ensuring that the YETI products and brand are consistently promoted throughout the retail experience. The Marketing Operations Specialist will work across multiple functional areas including Sales, DTC Operations, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, Marketing/Creative, and external agencies as well as external retail partners.
The Marketing Operations Specialist is part of the European Marketing Team and reports to the European Account Marketing Manager.
The aim of your role is to coordinate the production and distribution of our seasonal and evergreen account marketing appearance in Europe and therefore increase the impact of Account Marketing on our overall brand marketing mix. This should happen through proactive management of our external agencies and internal stakeholders and in close cooperation with the country specific Marketing teams and Sales Agents.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure Sales and YETI dealers are up to date on initiatives, seasonal campaigns and product launches. Including driving deployment of YETI in-store and digital retail assets.
Manage the planning and execution of retail tools for our seasonal retail plans to ensure best in class support for our European markets and their retail partners.
Work with the countries to ensure all country needs are considered
Ensure planning is transparent to the countries and all tools are delivered fully and on time
Execute POS and fixture programs from creation, prototyping, shipping to installation. This includes:
SKU number, Barcode & UPC Code creation
POS order management and account planning
Management of design deliverables, production files and asset production with the supplier
Shipping & Distribution
Never out of stock responsibility for retail fixtures
Management of the fixture & POS budget
Support with the management of the Field Guide program for Europe.
Stay on top of content update and translations
Manage distribution and incorporation of the assets
Manage portal access and rewards
Research and process purchase requisitions for store fixtures, POP displays, print and services.
Ensure Creative delivers briefed assets, adhering to production delivery timelines.
Own and communicate finished production shipments and tracking of all marketing assets, shop buildouts and services.
Manage warehousing and fulfillment of all marketing materials. Maintain inventory of marketing material in partnership with 3rd party vendor.
Maintain budget by ensuring invoices are submitted, approved and archived correctly and in a timely manner.
Maintain and organize all supplier technical drawings, assembly instructions and specifications.
Manage and maintain supplier prototype and material finish samples library.
Support basic design edits of sales materials, marketing assets as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Merchandising, Graphic Design or related field required
At least 2-4 years of relevant Marketing Experience (brand, outdoor, retail & lifestyle experience)
Brand agency and/or retail marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of retail marketing/merchandising
Highly collaborative with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to prioritize
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Keen interest to learn, be solution-oriented, self-motivated
Highly detail-oriented, communicate with impact, and strong organizational abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Fluency in English (absolute must), other European language skills are a plus (German, French, Italian, Dutch and/or Spanish)
Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator software experience is a plus
Ability to travel to project sites as needed
Hybrid work schedule-3 days in office, 2 days from home. Office located in Amsterdam Olympic Stadium.
Availability to support maternity cover for a 6-month period (December 1st , 2025-May 31st, 2026)
