Drives the success of the Emergency Care business by leading and managing educational team support. Develops and implements innovative tools, projects, and programs to enhance learning, optimize performance, and ensure excellence in emergency care.
Job Location: Hybrid on-site in Kalamazoo, MI
Travel: 20% travel annually (working with customers, account managers and education teams for program delivery).
What you will do:
- Provides direct support in the development and growth of the Medical Education, Clinical Marketing, & Sales Training programs in the Emergency Care business.
- Provides direction and leadership in program development, promotion, & distribution/operations.
- Responsible for taking a leadership role in project management to include: discovery, new tool/program development, and education plan creation (i.e. collateral, analytics dashboards, CPR program, ERI program, & sales training initiatives).
- Responsible for development and maintenance of partnerships with key internal thought leaders to advance strategic initiatives (i.e. patient, caregiver and organizational health and quality initiatives).
- Responsible for the development of strategic planning to include: evaluation of market trends and potential.
- Helps to coordinate and develop marketing tools, assists with trade shows, literature development, presentations and publicity.
- Provides support to education team, account managers, & internal stakeholders with regard to fact finding, information gathering, assistance in proposal development, & customer site visits.
- Provide sales training on assigned products, as required.
- Participate in customer visits, as requested.
- Provide exceptional support with our consultant/customer planning & inquiries.
- Accountable for all record keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve organizational efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the education teams.
