We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist (Mid-Junior) to support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Pardot, Marketo, and Salesforce.

This role will support the Marketing Operations team in campaign setup, automation, data management, and reporting, working closely with Field, ABM, and Channel teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

It’s a hands-on role, ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who wants to grow their technical and operational skills in a structured, international environment.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSABILITY

Marketing Automation Support (Pardot / Marketo)

  • Support the setup and execution of email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and basic automation programs
  • Assist in managing segmentation lists and data filters
  • Support engagement and nurture programs under guidance

Salesforce Collaboration & Data Handling

  • Support lead flow between marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
  • Assist with lead assignment, campaign member management, and basic reporting
  • Help maintain data accuracy and consistency

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Support multi-channel campaign execution (email, webinars, digital initiatives)
  • Assist in campaign tracking and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with Field, ABM teams to support campaign needs

Reporting & Optimization Support

  • Help track basic KPIs and campaign performance metrics
  • Support A/B testing activities and documentation of results
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Support troubleshooting activities related to tools and processes
  • Collaboration with Field, ABM Teams: Work closely with the wider Field, ABM teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns, field initiatives, and partnerships, optimizing outreach and ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure system alignment, and maximize platform usage.

REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION)

  •  1–2 years of experience in a marketing operations or digital marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with any Marketing Automation Platforms basic to intermediate level (Pardot or Marketo preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, especially campaign and lead management
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation concepts and lead lifecycle
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple activities with guidance and prioritization
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
