Your role
- Coordinate translation and proofreading processes for our international Marketing materials, working closely with internal teams and external partners
- Manage translated and proofread content across different file formats and communication channels, including implementing text corrections in source files where required
- Provide organizational and operational support to our Marketing teams to keep day-to-day activities and projects running smoothly
- Take care of the coordination of Marketing activities such as our OMICRON customer magazine, meetings, publications and other ongoing initiatives
- Organize Marketing materials, including brochure printing, shipments and materials required for different Marketing activities
- Coordinate and host international customer visits at our facilities in Austria, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
