Role Summary
The position of Marketing Operations Specialist provides key services to corporate and field marketing teams. Services include a range of marketing operations and marketing automation activities, with a focus on marketing campaign execution. Includes email marketing, form creation, landing page creation, event invites, surveys, nurture programs, Martech system management, and other campaign-related activities.
This role also supports core Marketing Operations functions and requires a high level of collaboration within Marketing Operations and across several other Marketing teams.
What You Will Do
- You’ll work with Field Marketing teams to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns to increase the interaction between Sophos and our target audiences
- You’ll oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of regional email marketing campaigns
- You’ll be building landing pages, surveys, webinars, and helping with events related to Field Marketing efforts
- You’ll evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and work with regional marketing teams to improve
- You’ll need to be data-savvy and a whiz in Excel as you provide reporting on activities and dig into data issues in SFDC, Eloqua, Goldcast, Taxi, Qualtrics, or other systems we manage.
- You’ll drive split-testing initiatives with email marketing campaigns, providing feedback and recommendations to campaign owners
- You’ll oversee ongoing management of Marketing Automation and CRM contact databases, updating unsubscribes, eliminating duplicates, and otherwise improving contact data quality
What You Will Bring
- Native or Fluent English Speaker
- 3-5 years experience in campaign execution
- 3-5 years of experience with marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo, or Pardot.)
- Experience working in various systems for email, landing pages, events, chat, webinars, surveys, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and multitask
- Project, task management abilities (I.e. JIRA, Asana)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
The pay for this role is CAD $35-$45per hour.
