Job Description
General Summary:
The Marketing Operations Senior Specialist supports/facilitates the Communications Review Committee (CRC) review and approval, production, and distribution of branded and non-branded communications for assigned disease areas, and executes on other headquarters-based functions. This position guides Marketing and other key departments through the CRC submission, scheduling, and routing of promotional, educational, and training materials. This role assigns process/workflow tasks during internal review of commercial content and is the liaison between the Marketing/Brand teams, agency partners, and the CRC (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as the assigned lead on specific Communication Review Committee (CRC) team(s)
- Supports activity planning: agendas, timelines, and project milestones
- Ensures all documentation and associated components of final approved projects are correct and compliant
- Coordinates with commercial, ad agencies, and other key vendors
- Functions as Administrator of the Marketing Operations Electronic Review Platform (VeevaVault PromoMats)
- Facilitates/communicates OPDP submission requirements
- Supports and communicates with agency partners and vendors to execute projects
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and proactively acts upon them
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated success operating in a regulated cross-functional project environment
- Attention to detail and committed follow-through in communications to stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a focus on multi-tasking and self-prioritized workload
- Experience in the BioPharma industry
- Experience working in an electronic review system (VeevaVault PromoMats or equivalent)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related discipline
- 2 or more years of experience in Marketing Communications and Services, Advertising, Corporate Communications, Medical Communications, or Publishing, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Pay Range:
$92,000 - $138,000Disclosure Statement:
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
