What are we looking for?
As the Marketing Operations Senior Specialist, Lead Management at SentinelOne, you will be the driving force behind optimizing our lead management processes, ensuring the efficient capture, routing, and tracking of leads across all systems. You will own the design and execution of lead management workflows, collaborating with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to streamline lead qualification and nurturing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead data management, data enrichment, and lead routing tools, focusing on enhancing lead data quality and conversion rates. You should be comfortable analyzing lead performance metrics, providing actionable insights, and utilizing marketing technologies to drive continuous improvement.
What will you do?
- Oversee and optimize the lead management process, ensuring the accurate capture, routing, and tracking of leads across all systems.
- Manage lead data integrity, ensuring it is consistently clean, complete, and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain lead routing rules and processes to ensure efficient handoff between marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor, measure, and optimize overall funnel health, developing metrics and dashboards to track performance, identifying inefficiencies or leaks, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize lead conversion rates and overall impact.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and streamline lead qualification processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to build and analyze funnel health, providing key insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Ensure effective use of lead management tools and technologies, supporting automation where possible.
- Act as the main point of contact for lead management issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems as they arise.
- Collaborate with the CRM and marketing technology teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
What experience and knowledge should you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in lead management, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of lead management processes and platforms (LeanData), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (Marketo).
- Experience with data enrichment (ZI, Clearbit, D&B) and lead routing tools (LeanData) to improve data quality and optimize lead assignment.
- Experience leveraging data to analyze funnel health and lead scoring performance metrics, and the ability to generate actionable insights independently. Experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Proven expertise with lead scoring, routing strategies, and best practices for improving lead conversion rates.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on collaboration, identifying and developing solutions to gaps in lead management and funnel performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
