The Role:

As a Marketing Operations Senior Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing the impact of our marketing efforts by managing key systems, analyzing data to inform strategy and optimizing our marketing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role is both strategic and tactical - processing leads, supporting campaign execution & tracking - while having the systems thinking to evolve our marketing automation processes. You will: 

  • Analyze marketing data to track KPIs, identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Own the lead management process. Collaborate with marketing, sales & rev ops on lead scoring, assignment methodology and follow up SLA’s to achieve business objectives. 
  • Be our marketing automation expert. Streamline Pardot & Salesforce workflows and influence design and implementation of program builds to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Database Segmentation & List Building: Utilize account and persona data to segment our database effectively, creating targeted marketing lists for campaigns and outreach. Maintain and improve best practices for data management and hygiene. 
  • Manage our marketing tech stack including the implementation, integration, training and utilization.

  • Establish  benchmarks, track & communicate progress
  • Develop strong partnerships with Performance & Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to continually improve marketing effectiveness, process scalability, and lead-to-closed won optimization
  • Maintain comprehensive process documentation and enablement to stakeholders

We are looking for: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing ops capacity, preferably within the healthcare / pharma industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
  • Marketing Technology Expertise: Experience with Pardot, SFDC, and other marketing technology tools. 
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies to overcome obstacles and optimize marketing operations.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. 
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to senior leadership.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Salary Range: $126,000 - $136,000

Total compensation includes base salary and stock options
