We are seeking a skilled and efficient Marketing Operations Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of marketing technologies and optimize processes that drive the productivity and effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be on aligning marketing operations with business objectives, managing key systems and workflows across multiple campaigns, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Your role in our future:
Marketing Technology Implementation & Optimization:
- Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms.
- Work with internal teams to integrate marketing platforms to ensure smooth functionality.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve the efficiency of marketing workflows and processes.
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Develop, implement, and optimize marketing operations processes, such as lead routing, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes to enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:
- Work closely with global and regional marketing teams to align marketing technologies and processes with both local and corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, IT, and other departments to ensure the seamless integration of marketing operations across the organization.
- Provide technical and operational support to internal stakeholders to ensure optimal use of marketing systems and tools.
Time Management & Prioritization:
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring that deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and timelines.
- Maintain organized records of marketing operations processes, tools, and systems to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
Your profile:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, specifically with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Proven experience in implementing and optimizing marketing technologies and processes.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM integration, and data management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Asana, Bynder, Drift, and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.
