As we continue to scale, we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to help shape what comes next.
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist who can bring operational rigor, campaign execution excellence, and data-driven thinking to support a high-performing demand engine. You’ve worked in fast-moving environments, enjoy building scalable systems, and are energized by work that drives measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of integrated demand generation programs across email, digital, events, and content, including building and launching campaigns in tools like HubSpot.
  • Manage lead flow and routing, partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion, and support pipeline tracking and attribution.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, analyze funnel metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and support A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales to align on messaging, support webinars and events, and improve operational processes.

Must Have Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Hands-on experience executing email campaigns, paid media, or webinars
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with campaign and pipeline data
  • Understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and attribution models
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience That Will Help You Succeed (not required but beneficial)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments
  • Familiarity with AWS and cloud service providers
  • Experience working with partners, alliances, or channel marketing programs
  • Experience supporting or driving partner-sourced pipeline initiatives
  • Interest in cloud, SaaS, or technical products

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Join a high-caliber team that values ownership, collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  • Play a key role in shaping our demand engine and influencing our growth trajectory
  • Work on a differentiated product in a rapidly evolving cloud operations market
  • Be part of an environment that encourages bold ideas, thoughtful experimentation, and a bias for action
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
