As a Marketing Operations Manager at Agicap, your scope will involve:
- Platform ownership: own the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key marketing platforms, including HubSpot, Looker, and automation tools, to ensure efficient, scalable, and consistent marketing operations
- Tracking and attribution: implement and manage comprehensive tracking solutions across all paid and owned marketing channels, including UTM governance, browser-side and server-side tracking, using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Segment to ensure robust data collection and accurate campaign attribution
- CRM architecture and workflows: guarantee optimal CRM setup for the Marketing team including form / nurturing / email list management, lead scoring and reporting processes ensuring effective decision-making
- Funnel analytics: develop a nuanced understanding of the marketing funnel through data analysis defining dashboards to surface campaign outcome, performance evolution and pipeline impact to inform strategic planning and continuous improvement across the marketing team
- Lead routing to Sales: guarantee that all newly qualified accounts are precisely tracked, efficiently routed to the Sales team, and carefully followed up to maximize conversion and ensure no opportunity is left behind
⭐ We’re looking for ⭐:
- At least 5 years of marketing operations experience in a B2B Saas company or scale-up.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic projects and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and cross-functional team settings.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for robust data reporting, marketing workflow design, and taming “tool sprawl.”
- Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in German or French is a plus
