POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, creative consistency, and process efficiency across all marketing and communications initiatives. This role bridges strategy and execution—optimizing marketing systems, managing production workflows, and ensuring brand integrity and creative excellence across digital and print channels.
In addition to overseeing marketing technology, data, and reporting, this position plays a key role in managing graphic design projects, coordinating creative assets, and supporting campaigns that promote the company’s data center solutions. The ideal candidate combines analytical skill with a strong eye for design, ensuring that every marketing deliverable—from proposals to campaigns—reflects the company’s technical expertise and brand strength.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Operations & Technology
- Manage marketing operations infrastructure, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Oversee marketing data integrity, list management, and campaign workflows.
- Partner with IT and sales operations to maintain system integrations that support lead management and reporting.
- Identify and implement new technologies or process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and ROI.
Creative Production & Design Management
- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including sales collateral, digital campaigns, event assets, presentations, infographics, and print publications.
- Manage creative workflows from concept through final delivery—ensuring timelines, brand standards, and quality expectations are met, including video and photography deliverables for internal business clients.
- Collaborate with internal designers, external agencies, and freelancers to produce high-quality visual assets that align with corporate brand guidelines.
- Support brand consistency across all internal and external communications, including proposal templates, case studies, signage, and digital content.
- Maintain the company’s digital asset management system and ensure easy access to updated visuals, templates, and logos.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support marketing and business development teams with campaign setup, audience segmentation, and asset delivery.
- This role will help support internal business clients across Recruiting, HR, Operations and Construction on behalf of the Marketing Communications team.
- Manage campaign timelines, creative briefs, and review cycles to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate design and production resources for events, sponsorships, and product launches.
- Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with stakeholders to refine creative and operational approaches.
Data, Reporting & Performance Optimization
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, lead flow, and marketing ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to inform creative strategy, content planning, and channel investments.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and brand policies.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify opportunities for creative and operational improvement.
Process Development & Team Enablement
- Establish and document standard operating procedures for creative requests, campaign planning, and reporting.
- Streamline cross-functional collaboration between marketing, design, and sales enablement teams.
- Support budget tracking, vendor management, and resource allocation for creative and marketing projects.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on brand use, creative tools, and workflow best practices
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, creative production, or a similar marketing function—preferably in the data center, technology, or commercial real estate sector.
- Proven experience managing marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency with design and production tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or similar).
- Experience managing vendors, agencies and freelancers for design, video and print production.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to deadlines and details.
- Solid understanding of both B2B marketing and creative production workflows.
- Ability to balance analytical and creative priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying technical concepts visually and clearly.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capabilities (project management platforms, Excel, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with brand management and design systems for consistent visual storytelling.
