Marketing Operations Manager

We are searching for an organized and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to optimize our marketing technology, data, and processes. This role is vital for ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and supporting the team in achieving strategic goals. This is a remote position with frequent travel to our Miami office for collaborative sessions, strategic planning, and campaign rollouts.

What you’ll do:

  • Marketing Technology & Systems: Manage and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of both digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on schedule.

  • Data & Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze key campaign performance metrics, customer engagement, and pipeline contributions to provide actionable insights.

  • Lead Management: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation, enrichment, and nurturing strategies, ensuring efficient hand-off processes.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational workflow and marketing effectiveness.

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders of campaign performance and strategic impact.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and finance teams to align on campaign objectives, customer insights, and go-to-market strategies.

What you'll need:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in marketing operations or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or tech environment, preferably in a startup or innovative AI sector.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and drive data-based decision-making.

  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

The base annual salary range for this position is specific to the United States and ranges from $85,000 - $130,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to: internal equity, skills, prior experiences, work location, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position may also be eligible for salary increases, bonuses, equity awards, and benefits.
