We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Operations Manager/Snr.Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the processes, technology, and data that power our marketing team, ensuring our campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will be pivotal in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, optimizing workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Marketing Technology Management 
  • Manage marketing tech stack: 6Sense, Pardot, Qualified, Consensus, and Outreach.io and similar technologies, and working with our revenue ops and business systems teams on how these technologies integrate with the larger sales and business operating systems 
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to improve marketing and/or sales efficiency and execution 
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales platforms, to streamline lead to opportunity capture and ROI 
  1. Campaign and Workflow Optimization 
  • Develop and refine workflows for lead management, scoring, and nurturing 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize automation sequences and orchestration programs 
  1. Data and Analytics 
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of marketing data within CRM and marketing automation platforms 
  • Own reporting and dashboards on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI 
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data findings 
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Partner with revenue operations, sales, and business systems to align marketing technology requirements with lead workflow 
  • Partner with revenue operations, sales, and business systems on waterfall reporting metrics and delivery 
  • Work closely with demand generation team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns 
  1. Compliance and Best Practices 
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) 
  • Establish and document best practices for marketing operations 

Experience and Skillset: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, martech, and marketing analytics & reporting, in a SaaS B2B environment. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), Revenue Intelligence Platforms (e.g. 6Sense, Demandbase), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), and intent and chat platforms (Qualified) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Expertise in lead scoring, campaign optimization, and data segmentation. 
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Google Analytics, Tableau). 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. 

Salary: $130 - 150k base plus 10 - 15% bonus
