The Role
As the Marketing Operations Director, you will be responsible for building and implementing our Marketing Operations Strategy globally to make our Marketing activities and programs more efficient and effective, and ultimately help Anchanto’s revenue growth.
We are looking for someone passionate about B2B marketing and marketing operations, who possesses a keen analytical mindset to drive our data and performance analysis, able to build processes, own our marketing project planning and be responsible for our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy: Conceptualize and implement the strategy of best-in-class Marketing Operations for a Multi-country SaaS organization.
Marketing Project Planning: Ensuring that our global and local programs and activities are properly planned and structured to ensure their coherency, and the best quality and performance from all team members and external stakeholders involved.
Process Management: Building optimized SOPs and implementing them globally to guarantee successful collaboration and efficient team work across the teams.
Technology Management: Responsible for managing the technical aspects of our marketing tech stack and ensuring its interoperability.
Data and Performance Analysis: Responsible for ensuring the production and quality of reports across the different marketing functions and the tracking of their KPIs to assess the effectiveness and performance of our marketing programs. Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights on all ongoing marketing activities.
CRM Health and Segmentation: Improve and guarantee the uptake of Anchanto's CRM data's health and segmentation
Communication and Nurturing: Support the overall prospect, customer, and user email communications and develop our nurture programs to improve the end-to-end funnel conversion.
Budget Management: Track and reconcile spend, ensure optimal exploitation of the marketing budget globally.
Essential Requirements:
- 4+ Years of proven experience in a leadership position in Marketing – 6+ years experience overall.
- Experience working with multi-product Enterprise SaaS products and solutions with global exposure,
- Understands Strategic Marketing and Messaging
- Proven Marketing Operations and Demand Generation Experience
- In depth knowledge and technical expertise of marketing automation tools.
- Advance knowledge of Demand generation concepts, metrics, and activities.
- Ability to train other team members and manage projects. · Perfect written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
