We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled HubSpot Administrator to support the demand generation team by managing, optimizing, and scaling our HubSpot marketing platform. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving marketing automation, lead management, reporting, and ensuring seamless integration across marketing and sales functions. This position requires a deep understanding of HubSpot tools, data management, and marketing processes, with a strong focus on efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities:

HubSpot Management & Optimization:

  • Administer and maintain the HubSpot platform, including Marketing Hub and related integrations.
  • Develop and manage workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing campaigns.
  • Regularly audit and optimize HubSpot settings to ensure system performance and compliance with best practices.

Marketing Automation:

  • Design, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns, including drip programs and personalized communications.
  • Build and maintain templates for emails, landing pages, and forms that align with brand standards.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance.

Data Management & Analytics:

  • Ensure data cleanliness, deduplication, and enrichment within HubSpot and other systems.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Work with the marketing teams to analyze lead performance and campaign ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to align on lead management strategies and optimize the buyer’s journey.
  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and ensure seamless workflows across systems.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • HubSpot expertise absolutely required, both as a marketing tool and as CRM.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a marketing operations role or similar capacity.
  • Experience in marketing analytics with a proven track record of driving business impact.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment.
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
