Position Overview
GN ReSound is seeking a Manager for our North American Marketing Operations Team. This role is central to the running of our marketing machine across a number of brands, sales channels, and markets within the Hearing Division for North America. GN’s aim is to be the Trusted Partner to our customers, therefore, the effectiveness of our team enables the success of our internal and external customers by providing valuable solutions and being easy to work with.
The Manager of Marketing Operations is part of a broader leadership team within the MarCom team responsible for a broad range of high-impact projects and initiatives. We work in close collaboration with sales and channel leadership, internal support teams such as Finance and Operations, as well as our marketing colleagues networked around the world and in particular with our global HQ based out of Denmark.

Anchored in our North American HQ for Hearing, this position works in a Hybrid fashion out of our current location in Bloomington MN. In 2025, based on needing a newer and larger facility to accommodate our growing business, we are relocating to Shakopee MN.

- Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for Marketing Operations to ensure alignment to departmental and overall business goals.
- Content Lifecycle Management: Oversee the print and digital content lifecycle, including the implementation of fulfillment portal systems, creation of process documentation, and development of training materials, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance by owning the management of creation protocols that adhere to the regulations of our industry and company procedures.
- Process Optimization: Foster an environment of continuous improvement to optimize system and process efficiency in collaboration with key cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Monitor and proactively work to keep projects within budget while providing strategic insights for cost optimization.
- Partner Management: Drive mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external agency partners to create and produce materials in alignment with our brand guidelines and high-quality expectations.
- Additional Duties: Adapt to the needs of the organization by performing additional duties as assigned including the current oversight of the execution of digital marketing activities.

- Proficiency with core Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Familiarity with and implementation of Project Management Tools such as Asana
Desired Qualifications
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team
- Experience working in marketing operations, print & fulfillment, or related field
- Experience working with Hearing Aids or other medical devices is a plus
- Experience, training, and/or certifications specializing in continuous improvement and process engineering are a bonus
Other Information
Working Environment: Combination of office setting and remote (home-based) work.
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk/workstation are required. Regular use of phone, computer and email is essential. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
Travel: Less than 10%
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-Time: 40 Hours/Week
Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
