What you will do

  • Infrastructure and systems. You’ll own our marketing tech stack, onboarding and continuously optimising our systems and tooling to ensure it supports efficient execution across all of our marketing channels. Ensure interoperability and data integrity for accurate reporting and KPI tracking
  • Marketing automation. You'll manage the implementation of new marketing automation programs, including audience list creation, lead capture & routing rules, and reporting template creation. Work with marketing team to identify ideas and opportunities across all stages of the customer lifecycle to optimize adoption, activation and retention.
  • Lead management and optimization. You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Growth teams to continuously optimize lead upload, matching, and tracking processes. You will also help build and/or define lead attribution and analyze campaign performance to help improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Data, reporting and forecasting. You'll work closely with our Data team to monitor, analyze and report on the performance of our marketing and sales funnel. Provide insights into campaign effectiveness and lead performance, and use those insights to provide recommendations for optimization.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation programs and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • The ability to create clarity from ambiguity and drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and process optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: $135,000-$150,000 base salary. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for equity and benefits.
