The ideal candidate combines exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong leadership, operational discipline, and business acumen. They excel at turning direction into action, removing operational bottlenecks, improving team productivity, and creating the structure and accountability needed to deliver consistently high-quality work at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project operations of the centralized Growth Marketing team, ensuring efficient execution across multiple brands, departments, and marketing channels.
  • Own and optimize project management platforms, including Monday.com, establishing standardized workflows, project tracking, timelines, reporting, and accountability.

  • Coordinate execution across Creative, Performance Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, SEO, Web Development, Analytics, and Brand Marketing teams.
  • Manage team capacity, resource allocation, workloads, and project timelines to maximize productivity and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop scalable operational processes, SOPs, project templates, quality assurance standards, and communication workflows.
  • Establish operational dashboards and KPIs to track project delivery, team utilization, turnaround times, and overall efficiency.
  • Coordinate external agencies, vendors, and freelancers, ensuring clear deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing leadership to improve operational efficiency, leverage AI and automation, and build scalable systems that support team and brand expansion.
