The marketing department is seeking a marketing operations manager to temporarily join the team as coverage during a maternity leave. This individual will begin in April, and have overlap with the current manager for training purposes. We are looking for somebody who can be on campus in Manchester, CT five days a week.

Job Responsibilities
- Managing studio schedules for 5 photography studios and 1 mock store
- Lifestyle, web photography and broadcast shoots
- Controlling the flow of furniture through our department
- Ordering, scheduling, shooting, purging or storing
- Communicate and work closely with other departments to complete lifecycle of new goods until handoff
- Work with merchandising and ecommerce
- Maintain a presence in our side of the warehouse, hold regular check-ins with team members, support where necessary
- Work in partnership with art directors, photographers, freelancers, and external vendors to keep the flow of work moving in studios
- Placing orders for props from freelancers and art directors
- Manage project platforms such as Trello and communicate on necessary cards to keep the flow of work moving
- Host pre-production calls and help to action items that result from it
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting all deadlines
- Positive attitude and highly motivated
- Work independently and make decisions while also contributing to the team’s success
- Basic SAP knowledge preferable, but not required- can train the right candidate
- Microsoft word, excel and outlook knowledge
